Privacy policy
Last updated September 15, 2026Peanut Matches runs tournament signups for Peanut Productions. This page explains what we collect when you enter, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
From Twitch, when you sign in: your Twitch ID, username, display name, profile picture, email address, when your account was created, whether you are a Partner or Affiliate, and your follower count. While registration is open we also check whether you are live and how many viewers you have.
From Steam, when you link it: your Steam ID, and your public Steam name, avatar and ban status.
From you, on the entry form: your name, email address, Discord username and region.
About your entry: its status, when you checked in, and which emails we sent you.
Why we collect it
To run the tournament: to choose players, add accepted Steam accounts to the game server whitelist, get players into Discord, and email you about your entry. We use Twitch follower and viewer numbers as one of the ways we pick players.
Who sees it
Tournament admins. The services that host and deliver the site: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, and ZeptoMail by Zoho for email. Twitch and Steam handle their own sign-in.
Your Twitch and Steam names may be shown on stream or in announcements if you are accepted. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep entries while we run tournaments, so entering the next one is quicker. You can withdraw from a tournament at any time on your entry page.
To have your information deleted, reply to any email we sent you, and we will remove it. You can also disconnect Peanut Matches from your Twitch account in Twitch settings under Connections.
Age
You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to hold Twitch and Steam accounts where you live, to enter.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
